Even though it’s been a short week, it’s still been a busy one. (I officially have a work life, a social life and a school life.) I just got home from dinner and drinks with Francisca, Gina, Mel & Whit at Counter - an organic/vegetarian restaurant in the East Village. It was several hours of delicious veggie food, organic wine and lots of catching up with the girls. The manager even offered us complimentary post-dinner drinks for being such a good crowd. Counter is officially on my go-to list for veggie cuisine.
