
Went to my first pilates class today and LOVED it! It’s like a 45-minute intense stretch and ab workout, except more breathing and less sweating. Michael accompanied me - which made it easier to get into the routine. But when a lady passed gas, we were red-faced trying to keep our childish laughter silent. I guess we’ll just have to be a little more mature if we’re going to become frequent class-goers!
