Its 8:36 on Sunday morning and I wish I was still curled up in my comfy bed. Instead I’m doing the next best thing - sipping a vanilla latte and doing some serious people watching at the airport.

Besides the obvious of seeing mom and doing major relaxing, I’m also terribly excited about being outdoors and breathing fresh(er) North Carolinian air - not inhaling car exhaust, cigarette smoke and that random subway stench. Don’t be mad at me NYC, but its the truth!

This weekend was pretty average as far as weekends go. Friday night we had an amazing dinner at Cafe Fuego (Halle Berry’s bf’s restaurant), then headed out for a crazy night in the East Vil. Saturday was spent avoiding the cold and watching movies with the girls. Michael helped us hook up our new TV to the DVR, and ended up making use of our big stereo speakers by hooking them up to the DVD player. Our living room is officially a mini-movie theater.
